Discounts are available for two or more enrollees form the same company, non-profit organization or government agency.

| Enrollment Period | |
The enrollment period for all courses on this site is 180 days. The period begins on the day you enroll and promptly ends on day 180, with no access on day 181. The enrollment period for the certificate programs is one year, 365 days. If you are unable to complete your program within that period, however, contact us for an extension. |

| Certification | |
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of all modules in the program. You must earn 80% on all work submitted to receive the certificate. The certificate programs include:

The pretest fee of $50 will be applied toward the course fee if the pretest score is below passing 80%. |

| Early Withdrawal | |
Refunds for early withdrawal are based on the number of early units completed at the time of the withdrawal request. A percentage of the course fee will be withheld for each unit completed.

| Special Features | |
These programs are offered online to provide a web-based experience. Content, practice activities, assignments, quizzes and tests are all administered online. An instructor is available for questions and direction with every course. Each course is self-paced, but must be completed within six months of enrollment. Hospital coding courses are available for immediate registration. Others will come online shortly. About multimedia-based courses: Courses designated as multimedia provide verbal narration accompanying visual charts, photos, animations and more. As such, to take these courses, your computer will need to be equipped with certain equipment and browser software like a sound card and the Flash plugin. You will also need high speedinternet access like DSL, cable and T1+. Telephone-based modems are unable to handle the volume of data produced by multimedia.
